"Banana Split" Oatmeal Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quaker oats (quick or old-fashioned)
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 teaspoon almonds
- 1 teaspoon seeds (chia, flax)
- 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
Directions:
- Prepare oatmeal as usual.
- Layer oatmeal, Greek yogurt, and fruit in a bowl. Top with almonds, add chia or flax seeds as "sprinkles," and drizzle with your choice of sweetner.
